Agreement 1(Required)

I understand that handling propellants, handling pyrotechnic materials/devices, casting rocket motors, testing rocket engines/motors, launching rockets, and ALL activities in the desert are INHERENTLY DANGEROUS and that these activities could result in my ILLNESS, INJURY, or DEATH and DAMAGE or DESTRUCTION of my personal property or vehicle present at these activities on the Friends of Amateur Rocketry, Inc. premises (FAR Site). I agree to hold the FAR Corporation, Directors, officers, pyrotechnic operators, and volunteers harmless for any injury or damage that I may incur.

Agreement 2(Required)

I understand that the road to FAR Site is an unimproved dirt road, and my vehicle may become damaged, disabled, or stranded while travelling on this dirt road.

Agreement 3(Required)

I understand that there may be venomous snakes, scorpions, or spiders present on the FAR Site and if bitten may cause ILLNESS, INJURY, or DEATH.

Agreement 4(Required)

I agree to follow ALL directions given by the FAR Directors, and the Pyrotechnic Operator(s). If I am unwilling to do so, I agree to leave the FAR Site immediately.

Agreement 5(Required)

I agree to pay for, repair, or replace any FAR property or equipment damaged or destroyed as the result of my actions, static firing, or launching.

Agreement 6(Required)

I agree to take with me, when I leave FAR Site, the trash I generate and my property or equipment that has been damaged or destroyed.

Agreement 7(Required)

I understand that I DO NOT have permission to use firearms, explosives, or fireworks on the FAR premises.

Agreement 8(Required)

I will not fly drones into or above a crowd of people and I understand that my drone will be confiscated if I have done so.

Agreement 9(Required)

I give FAR permission to use video, photographs, or audio recordings of me involved in these activities to be posted on the FAR website and used in FAR promotional materials without any expectation of financial compensation.

Agreement 10(Required)

When I go out to the FAR property, I will go with the full knowledge that these activities at FAR Site are inherently dangerous and I have been given ample time to consider the dangers of these activities before I arrive.
