This form allows you to request FAR services, such as, visits, uses, launches, and static firings.

Term Definitions
Term	Definition
Arriving Morning Of	Arriving after 8am on the day of your one-day visit, use, launch, or static test firing.
Arriving Evening Before	Arriving after 6pm on the day before your one-day visit, use, launch, or static test firing.
Arriving Noon Before	Arriving after Noon on the day before your one-day visit, use, launch, or static test firing.
Arriving Morning Before	Arriving after 8am on the day before your one-day visit, use, launch, or static test firing.
Arriving Multi Day	Arriving after 8am and before 6pm will be considered a full day.
Arriving Multi Day Overnight	Arriving after 6pm and before 8am the next day will be considered a full overnight.
Departing Evening Of	Departing before 6pm on the day of your one-day visit, use, launch, or static test firing.
Departing Morning After	Departing before 8am on the day after your one-day visit, use, launch, or static test firing.
Departing Noon After	Departing before noon on the day after your one-day visit, use, launch, or static test firing.
Departing Evening After	Departing before 4pm on the day after your one-day visit, use, launch, or static test firing.
Departing Multi Day	Departing after 8am and before 6pm of the day will be considered a full day.
Departing Multi Day Overnight	Departing after 6pm that evening and before 8am the next day will be considered a full night.
FAR Saturdays (FSat)	The 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month.
FAR Sundays (FSun) (Temporary)	The 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month. Only during high usage months.
Off FAR Day (OFD)	All days of the month minus the 1st and 3rd Saturdays.
Exclusive Use	Allows you the use of FAR Site with only your group present. This is not allowed on a FD. If another group is already scheduled for the day requested, the exclusive use will not be approved.
FSat and OFD Total Group Size	Total group size is limited to 200-people maximum to enable all person's present at FAR Site to safely fit into viewing bunkers.
FSun Total Group Size	Total group size is limited to 100-people maximum do to limited FAR staffing.
FSat Individual Group Size	Group size is limited to 25-people maximum. Up to 50-people on special request.
FSun Individual Group Size	Group size is limited to 20-people maximum.
OFD Individual Group Size	Groups over 50-people will be charged an extra $10 for each person over 50-people.
Company OFD Individual Group Size	Groups over 50-people will be charged an extra $20 for each person over 50-people.
Pyrotechnic Operator	Any FD and OFD with rocket launches, static firings, or high-pressure testing requires a pyrotechnic operator.
Scheduling Priority	All scheduling for FDs and OFDs are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
DISCLAIMER	All scheduling for OFDs are dependent on the availability of support personnel for those days. If FAR personnel are not available, the OFD cannot be scheduled.

Arrival

You are expected to depart before 6pm each day.

Staying past 6pm, will be considered the addition of an overnight fee.

If you are staying overnight before your first full day, you are expected to arrive around 6pm.

Arriving any time before 6pm will be considered an additional full day.
Departure
If you are staying overnight after your last full day, you are expected to leave around 8am.

Departing any time after 8am will be considered an additional full day.

Do you want to fly a drone? Warning: Drones will not be allowed to fly within 20-feet of a crowd or over a crowd of people. Your drone will be confiscated, if you do so. Ask the pyrotechnic operator for permission to fly before you start flying your drone.

Quonset Hut
Do you want to use the Quonset Hut? You may be required to share the Quonset hut with other groups. Cooking inside the Quonset hut is not allowed.

Campfire
Do you want to have a campfire while you are at FAR Site overnight? Campfires will not be allowed near the fence line or during high winds. Ask the pyrotechnic operator before starting a campfire. If the pyrotechnic operator is asleep or unavailable, do not start a campfire.

The reservation fee will be credited to your final total once you arrive at FAR Site. Reservation fee refund policy: 100% if you cancel up to 2-weeks before and 50% up to 1-week before the reservation date. Your reservation will be added to the FAR calendar once FAR gets the fee.
